We do our very best to process the order within 24-48hrs, but delays can occur. All orders placed on a Friday will reach you the following week.

Orders placed on a Saturday / Sunday will be processed the next working day.

£2.99 - Standard 2-5 working days

1kg - 2kg (1000g-1999g)

£3.99 - Standard 2-5 working days

2kg - 5kg (2000g-5000g) 

£4.99 - Standard 2-5 working days

5kg - 9kg (5001g-9000g)

£7.99 - Standard 2-5 days

9kg -15kg ( 9001g-15000g )

Standard Delivery to Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Isles, Rep of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

£12.99 - Standard 4-5 days 

Packaging - As a business specializing in 100% natural dog treats our aim is to keep packaging to a minimal to help with the environment. Larger items will come loose within the box but small items please note due to the products being 100% natural will come in sealable fully recyclable plastic bag due to the nature of natural oils. We send all treats out loose wrapped in Kraft paper, then all placed into a sealed box. 

Delivery Accuracy - Please note from time to time deliveries can be affected by circumstances out of our control and we will work with the courier company to get you your products as quick as they can.

Damages -  Growler & Prowler is not liable for any deliveries delayed during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact growlerandprowlerpets@gmail.com within 24hrs with a description and picture  so we can contact the courier company to make a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods as will require a record and proof. We will endeavor to resend your new order within 48hrs.
